Hoje queimei a lingua.

Acontece... já há algumas semanas que não como comida feita por mim... cozinhada por mim em casa. Tem sido batidos ao jantar quanto tenho tempo... e cereais ao pequeno-almoço. Fora de casa tenho os mimos da namorada =) e cantinas e mais cantinas. As cantinas são práticas, baratas... mas já tinha saudades de preparar uma refeição e saborear. Hoje foi esse dia. Como estava muito quente... pimba... ao comer queimei a língua e estou com o típico falar estranho -_-"

Enfim, são coisas =)

Neste batido: bananas, laranja, kiwi, gengibre, aveia e água. Fiz cerca de 1,5 L que meti numa garrafa e bebi durante o dia. Prático e saudável =)
