Listen. Don't just wait for your moment to talk. While you think about what you will say you might miss something important. So just listen. Listen. Listen. Give others the opportunity to speak their mind and pay attention. Listen and learn. And please do apply this to other things...not just when your in a conversation. Listen. It is when you realize that there is a lot to hear that you will start to listen amazing things. So just...listen.
